Abstract
The management of severely atrophic ridges is challenging task for the clinician. Of the multitude of techniques cited in literature utilization of the neutral zone technique during rehabilitation offers a greater retention and stability to the patient; as it is simplest approach and proved to satisfy the patient needs. This review details the various methods and materials used in the Neutral zone technique.
